# Terms and conditions for the Monthly Instagram Competition
Game of chance Information on how to enter and ‘prizes’ form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.
- The Promoter is: Ugg Express (ABN 9762 09 26 383) of Unit 6, 39 Hill Road, Wentworth Point, NSW 2127. The above mentioned company will be here after jointly referred to as the ‘Promoter.’
- PRIZE DESCRIPTION AND VALUE
- There will be one (1) winner and (1) prize awarded.
- The prize details will be shared in a post on Instagram each month.
- Prize value is recommended retail price and is subject to change. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. This prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash and may not be combined with any other promotion. The prize is not refundable and cannot be upgraded. The prize winner cannot change, vary or substitute the prize.
3. To enter and to be eligible to win the prize, Entrants must comply with the following conditions during the Contest Period: The competition commences on the first day of each month at 09.00 am Sydney time (AEST) until the last day of the month at 11:59pm Sydney time (AEST). After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
4. Employees of the Promoter or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
5. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. You must be 18 or older to participate into this competition.
6. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, incomprehensible or false entries will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, entry will be deemed to have been made by the registered user of the e-mail account, and if a prize is won, will be awarded to the registered user, if eligible. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
7. To enter and to be eligible to win the prize, Entrants must, during the Competition Period post an in-feed Instagram post with their own Ugg Express products and tag @ugg_express_australia. The Entrant also needs to follow Ugg Express’ Instagram account. Posting any content that does not feature any Ugg Express products or repurposed content from Ugg Express will render the entry invalid.
8. Entrants may enter once.
9. DRAW
The winner will be drawn at random in the first week of the following month at the Promoter’s premises. The first valid entry drawn will win the prize detailed in point 2. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner’s name will be announced on the Promoter’s Instagram page within two days of the draw.
10. The Winner will be notified by Instagram DMs within 2 business days of the draw and the Winner will have 3 months to respond with their details to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 months of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The prize will be delivered via a courier company to an Australian address only. Should the prize remain unclaimed and the product returns to the Promoter, another prize draw will take place 1 month after the product has returned to the Promoter and pick a replacement winner. The winner will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw.
11. The prize must be accepted as awarded, is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to State and Territory legislation. Cash will not be awarded as a substitute. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier's requirements. The prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
12. Each winner must consent to the use of their Instagram handle and the post the Entrant used for their participation promotional purposes and media editorial requests regarding this contest, without compensation.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions subject to written directions from the relevant regulatory authorities, in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
14.The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
15.The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
16.This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or any other Social Network or any other partners.
