What shoes do you recommend for winter?

You can never go wrong with a warm pair of ugg boots! Our uggs are filled with cosy Australian sheep's wool to keep your feet warm when the temperature drops. Plus, sheepskin and wool offer natural temperature control so you can wear them in spring and summer, too.

Alternatively, if you're looking for something waterproof for rainy days, we can always recommend a pair of leather boots. We're loving chunky styles at the moment, matched with a floral dress or tailored trousers, you'll be both cool and comfortable in the wet weather.

The item I want doesn't seem to be in stock. Will it be restocked soon?

We're always restocking our popular items both online and in-store. If you don't see your item in stock, just hit the subscribe button and we'll send you an email when the item is back in stock.

If the item has a red banner that states "Clearance Item, NO Refunds or Exchanges", that means we're in the process of clearing the product out of our collection. Unfortunately, we are unlikely to be restocking that item.

Can I change my order after I've submitted it/paid?

We process our orders very quickly, but if you would like to change or cancel your order, please send us an email at support@uggexpress.com.au as soon as possible. We may be able to change the order for you.

Please note that there is a $10 restocking fee if the order has already been dispatched.

If my clothes don't fit, can I return them?

Absolutely. We offer a 30-day return, exchange and refund policy, so you can send them back to us and we'll fix up the order. If you would like to return your items, please contact us at support@uggexpress.com.au for approval. We ask that you send us the product information and whether you would like a return, a refund or an exchange.

We'll provide a confirmation email with your return number and instructions on how to send your items back to us.

Please note that clearance items can't be returned for a refund or exchange, clearance items are for final sale only. We will also only accept returns and exchanges if your items are unworn, unused and still have the tags on them. For more information, please see our Delivery & Returns Policy.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

It takes one to two business days for us to process your order and another three to seven days for your items to be delivered. Of course, this depends on whether you choose our regular shipping option or express post. You can get an estimate on delivery times via this link.

Once your items have been shipped, we will provide you with a courier number, simply add the courier number into our Courier Tracking platform and we'll find where your items are in an instant.

Please note that delivery times may vary around public holidays, especially around Christmas and the New Year.

Do you have physical stores where I can try things on?

Absolutely! We have UGG Express retailers all across the east coast of Australia. You can find stores in Sydney, Wollongong, Newcastle, Melbourne and Canberra. Use our store locator to find a retailer near you.

What payment options are available?

You can pay in instalments via Afterpay, ZipPay, OpenPay, LatitudePay, Latipay or Humm. If you're ready to purchase in full now, we offer secure payment via PayPal and major credit cards like VISA and Mastercard.

Do you offer click and collect services?

Unfortunately, we only offer click and collect at our outlet in Wentworth Point NSW. If you would like to pick your items up from the outlet, simply select "pick up" at the checkout. Our address is:

Can I return online items at your physical stores?

Yes! If there is an UGG Express retailer near you, you can return or exchange items at the physical store. Please note that our retailers might not have your size/item in stock, if this is the case, we recommend returning or exchanging your items via the online store.
