We use either Australia Post and another premium courier for all deliveries within Australia and New Zealand. We provide Free Shipping for orders over $100 Australia Wide or $10 (Standard Post)will be charged for orders less than $100.

Once the returned to sender parcel is received we will send out a notification email to confirm the correct address, and we will keep your stock for two weeks only if we don't get a response from you.
If the cancel or exchange requests made after the dispatching a $10 restocking fee will be charged as well.

Very comfy. Arrived quickly
Been looking for nice large size boots exactly like this for years. Finally found them after much dissapointment with other retailers. These boots are beautifully crafted, great colour and generous sizing. I could not be happier and the price was very very fair. Ordered Thursday arrived Monday and I'm in a remote village in Western nsw. Very very happy. I don't like recommending products unless I'm super satisfied, and this is one I recommend in a heartbeat, straight away I convinced my brother to get a pair
Was unsure what to expect as I have a wider large foot. Took the advice of ordering one size bigger then shoe size and they are longer but are a great fit to get on and off and extremely comfortable and I would definetly buy again.
Bought 2 pair of these Uggs. My Camp life is so comfy & warm now.
