We use either Australia Post and another premium courier for all deliveries within Australia and New Zealand. We provide Free Shipping for orders over $100 Australia Wide or $10 (Standard Post)will be charged for orders less than $100.
Delivery time is typically 3–14 business days from dispatch, depending on your location within Australia. Please also allow 2–5 business days for order processing. As we are currently relocating our warehouse, there may be occasional delays in processing or delivery. We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. We endeavour to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your parcel.
Please note that if the parcel is returned to sender due to the wrong address having been provided, you will need to pay a $10 restocking fee and if you want to cancel the order we will deduct a $10 restocking fee from your total refund. Once the returned to sender parcel is received we will send out a notification email to confirm the correct address, and we will keep your stock for two weeks only if we don't get a response from you.
If the cancel or exchange requests made after the dispatching a $10 restocking fee will be charged as well.

These are great, sturdy and the higher sole keeps him out of the wet grass! Highly recommended
Great quality product at a competitive price. I ordered the incorrect product online (my fault) and contacted customer service. They replied promptly and offered an exchange. The correct product then arrived and while I had to pay postage for the returned item (fair enough!) my new product was delivered quickly.

I purchased two pairs of short Wool Ankle Ultra Mini Outdoor for camping. I ordered a size too big, and the service/delivery I received to be able to get the correct pair was amazing. Florence and the Customer Support Team were very prompt with reply, advice and further instruction to assist. They were great. But the BEST PART IS WE LOVE OUR UGGS!! SUPER COMFY, SUPER SOFT AND SUPER EXCITED ABOUT MORE CAMPING TRIPS!! :)
These trending boots are perfect for my 15 year old daughter! She wanted a pair that she could wear out, I was concerned about the regular Ugg soles being exposed to the train station/shopping centres etc. So to my delight, I found hard sole outdoor boots that most importantly stayed true to the Ugg style. She wore them today at the shops and got quite a few glances. I love the look of them as well, I hope to get myself a pair in the future… 10/10
