Are your boots made from genuine Australian materials?

Absolutely! We use the best Australian sheepskin, sheep's wool and leather available on the market. This ensures our women's boots go the distance, our boots will never crack or peel. We do recommend taking special care of our sheepskin boots, though, we offer Clean and Care Kits featuring water and oil repellent, suede shampoo cleaner and a soft sponge to remove dirt and stains.

My size doesn't seem to be in stock. Will you be stocking more?

Most of the time, yes! We restock our boot collection on a regular basis to ensure our customers get the sizes, colours and styles they desire. If you don't see your size in stock, simply subscribe to receive an email when your boots are back in stock.

If you notice a red banner that states "Clearance Item, NO Refunds or Exchanges", that means we're in the process of clearing this model out of stock. Unfortunately, we won't be getting that style back in stock.

Can you help me decide what size to purchase?

Of course. On all of our product pages, you will find a size guide that will help you determine what size boots to buy. In the product description, we also sometimes offer specific advice for that style of boots, for example, if you will be wearing thick socks with a particular pair of boots, we will recommend choosing a size up so you have plenty of wiggle room.

Be sure to read through the size chart and product information carefully when shopping online. Alternatively, come and visit us in-store to try on your new boots in person! We have locations all over New South Wales, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory.

Can I change my order after I've submitted it/paid?

We tend to process orders quite quickly but if you would like to cancel or change your order, please send us an email at support@uggexpress.com.au as soon as possible. There will be a $10 restocking fee if the request is made after the order has been dispatched, so please be prompt in emailing us if you need to change or cancel your order.

Can I return my boots?

Yes! We offer a 30-day returns, exchanges and refunds policy. If you would like to return your boots, please contact us first at support@uggexpress.com.au to get return approval. In your email, we ask that you provide us with your order information and whether you would like a return, a refund or an exchange.

You will then receive a confirmation email with your return number and instructions on how to return your item/s.

Please note that clearance items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, clearance items are for final sale only. We also only accept returns and exchanges if your boots are unworn, unused and still have the tags on them. For more information, please see our Delivery & Returns Policy.

How long will it take for my boots to be delivered?

It takes around one to two business days for us to process your order, then another three to seven days for your boots to be delivered. Of course, this depends on whether you choose our regular shipping option or express post. We ship with Australia Post, so our delivery times are quite reliable.

Please note that delivery times may vary around public holidays, especially around Christmas and the New Year. We ask that you be patient around these especially busy periods and closures over the holidays.

Is there a way that I can track my order if I order online?

Absolutely. Once your boots have been shipped, we will provide a courier number in your invoice. To find where your boots are and when they're expected to arrive, simply add your courier number into our Courier Tracking platform and we'll find out for you in an instant.

Do you offer flexible payment options?
