Shopping in-store? 
- Show your membership code at checkout so we can credit your points.
- If you don’t have your account with you, our friendly staff will help you link the purchase to your profile.

- First sign up with your email online, then email us at support@uggexpress.com.au with your mobile number and new email to transfer your points.

1. When do my points and vouchers expire?
- Your reward points are good for 2 years, so you’ve got plenty of time to enjoy them.
- Redeemed vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date they’re issued.

2. How can I earn points for product reviews?
- Please enter your membership email when submitting your review. You will receive a verification email from us - click "Yes, it was me" to confirm your review. Your reward will be credited once verified.
- If you don’t see the email, please check your junk or spam folder.
- Please note: you can earn only one reward per day through reviews.

3. I previously registered with a mobile number but no email, how can I view my points online?
- No worries! Since you only registered with your mobile number, just first create an email account on our website. Then email support@uggexpress.com.au with your mobile number and new email, and we’ll add your points so you can view them online.
