They are quite chunky but they're soft and very comfy! I like having the option of using the elastic when needed or slipping them on quickly and wearing them without. The extra height is a bonus!! 😁

I’m going to Japan in a few months and bought them especially for the trip, yet they look like boots you can wear anywhere and are comfy enough to wear anywhere as well. I think the one downside for me would be I feel the laces should be a tad bit longer!
